To use Auscultify.ai, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Be enrolled in or graduated from a medical or healthcare program, or be a licensed healthcare professional
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Permitted Use:

• Access medical audio content for educational purposes
• Take quizzes and track your learning progress
• Use comparison tools to enhance your diagnostic skills
• Share your progress with instructors or mentors

Prohibited Activities:

• Downloading, copying, or redistributing audio content without permission
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using automated tools to access or scrape the platform
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Uploading malicious content or attempting to disrupt services

Subscription Plans:

• Monthly subscription: $29.99/month
• Quarterly subscription: $59.99/3 months
• Free tier with limited access available

Payment & Billing:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

All content on Auscultify.ai, including medical audio recordings, quizzes, explanations, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Audio recordings are licensed from clinical manikin manufacturers
• Educational content is developed by medical professionals
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• Fair use for educational purposes within the platform is permitted

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

• We collect learning data to improve your educational experience
• Personal information is protected with industry-standard security
• You can request data deletion at any time
• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auscultify.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Medical decisions made based on platform content
• Third-party content or services

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You can cancel your subscription through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your access to premium features will end
